Spicy Dry Rub

This is a very versatile recipe for our favorite dry rub. It can be used on any type of meat but our favorites are grilled shrimp, prime rib, baby back ribs and chicken.


Ingredients:
3 Tbsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp green chile powder
1 Tbsp smoked sweet paprika
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp de Arbol chile powder
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp mustard powder
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
Directions:
Rub onto dry meat, cover and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling.
