Erik and Carissa Paulson- Owners, editors and writers for Salt and Limes.

Erik is a physician by day and a chef, gardener, beer brewer and drinker by night. If it involves dirt, fire or fermentation he will love it.

Carissa is a mother and marketing specialist, previously the wine club coordinator for Markham Vineyards in St. Helena, California. She enjoys cooking extremely spicy food and drinking lots of dry white wine, currently on a Pinot Grigio kick.

Tyler and Molly- Staff food writers and photographers.

They are a very creative and artistic couple. Tyler is a visuals artist and Molly is a photographer/videographer. Both are queso connoisseurs. They just love working from home in their downtown apartment and they adore food.
