Salt and Limes is a private Tulsa based company owned by Erik and Carissa Paulson. Our mission is to identify and promote local (greater Tulsa area) restaurants, chefs, bars, events and entrepreneurs in the food industry and subsequently advance the food culture of our amazing city.
Erik and Carissa Paulson
Erik is a physician by day and a chef, gardener, beer brewer and drinker by night. If it involves dirt, fire or fermentation he will love it.
Carissa is a mother and marketing specialist, previously the wine club coordinator for Markham Vineyards in St. Helena, California. She enjoys cooking, eating extremely spicy food and drinking lots of dry white wine, currently on a four year Pinot Grigio kick.
